Business Developer – Circular Packaging Systems

Grace-Hollogne, Belgique

🌱 About Bring Back

Bring Back is a pioneer of circular packaging systems in Belgium.

We design and operate reusable packaging solutions, mainly based on glass, combining industrial washing, logistics, and return-flow management.

Based on LCA results, our reuse loops deliver 70% lower CO₂e emissions and 30% less water use on average, with bottles achieving 25 reuses.

In a world facing rising costs, supply-chain pressure and increasingly strict European regulation (PPWR), Bring Back offers companies a robust, future-proof and economically sound alternative to single-use packaging.

In many cases, we can match or beat the unit economics of single-use. Reuse is not only about sustainability — it’s a pragmatic business case built on cost stability, supply security and compliance. This is still underestimated in the market.

Our mission is simple and ambitious:

👉 Secure our clients’ long-term operations by building low-carbon, reusable packaging systems that actually work at scale.

🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Business Developer who wants to play a key role in the growth of Bring Back.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You are not selling bottles — you are building systems, convincing industrial decision-makers, and reshaping supply chains.

Your core mission is clear:

👉 Grow revenue and gross margin by acquiring new clients and increasing volumes in our reuse systems.

🔥 What you will do

🚀 Grow the business

  • Identify and win new clients: bottlers, fillers, brands, distributors and retailers
  • Develop long-term partnerships with strategic accounts.
  • Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline.
  • Drive volumes to maximize the utilization of our washing and logistics infrastructure.

📊 Convince with strong, long-term arguments

  • You will help clients make strategic decisions, based on:
    • long-term cost and supply stability,
    • compliance with PPWR (retail beverage reuse targets: 10% by 2030 and 40% by 2040),
    • significant carbon footprint reduction,
    • credible sustainability (no greenwashing),
    • stronger, more resilient supply chains.

📣 Be the voice of Bring Back

  • Help shape and communicate Bring Back’s commercial and strategic message.
  • Act as an ambassador of circular packaging in meetings, events and trade fairs.
  • Clearly explain why reuse is the smartest long-term option for beverage packaging.

🧩 Sell projects, not products

  • Co-design reusable packaging systems that are:
    • competitive versus single-use packaging,
    • technically compatible with existing lines,
    • operationally realistic in real-world conditions.
  • Deeply understand your clients’ operations:
    • packaging formats,
    • filling and bottling lines,
    • technical constraints (pressure, resistance, speed),
    • supply chain (wholesalers, retail, horeca),
    • empty return and collection flows.
  • Manage projects from first discussion to implementation, working closely with internal teams.

🧠 Who we are looking for

  • Experience in complex B2B sales (industry, packaging, beverages, logistics, or similar).
  • Comfortable with technical, operational and regulatory topics.
  • Used to selling projects and solutions, not off-the-shelf products.
  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on volumes and margins.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, structured, autonomous and credible with industrial stakeholders.
  • Motivated by impact, not just by deals.

🌍 Why join Bring Back?

  1. Be part of a real industrial transition, not a marketing trend.
  2. Work on tangible, operational solutions with measurable impact.
  3. Play a key role in the growth of a circular economy pioneer.
  4. Build something that will still make sense in 10–20 years.
